  • Can electronic be shipped?
    Yes, electronic can be shipped through Global Connect. However, there may be restrictions on goods that use batteries
  • Can you ship a larger pallet?
    Yes, Global Connect can ship pallet. For more details contact our customer service.
  • Do you insure packages?
    Yes, all packages under 500$ are insured. If you need additional insurance, you can pay extra 10%.
  • Why is my shipping expensive?
    Shipping charges are based on the dimensions of your package (length x width x height), the package weight, and the address where you would like your package shipped.
